  • Is Endospheres a safe treatment?
Endospheres is a clinically tested technology, which has been tested at reputable universities and medical institutes. Endospheres Therapy is a non-surgical treatment, is 100% safe and presents no side effects whatsoever.
  • How many treatments will I need to get results?
You’ll start to notice health and wellness results from your first treatment. Aesthetic results build over the course of your treatment package. During your first appointment, your technician will carry out a detailed consultation to determine the appropriate number of sessions you’ll need for best results according to your physical condition and related lifestyle factors. The minimum treatment length is 12 sessions, for clients with Grade 2-3 cellulite, they may need 24.
  • How long does a single treatment last?
Endospheres treatments can be broken up into upper or lower body, but the treatment length depends on the size of the area that needs treating. A single session will vary from a minimum of approximately 45 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • How long does it take to complete an Endospheres treatment package?
Our minimum recommended package is generally between 12 to 18 sessions, which will happen 2 times a week for 6-9 weeks. In cases of excessive sagging or excess weight, it may be necessary to receive 24 sessions over 12 weeks for optimal results. Your technician will determine the number of sessions needed and the frequency of treatments, e.g., whether it be 1 or 2 times per week, however, the minimum time required between treatments is 48 hours.
  • Once treatments are completed, how long do results last?
The duration of the results* obtained always depends on certain circumstances, such as your physical condition and your future lifestyle factors. By following a healthy lifestyle, results can last up to six months, although it’s strongly recommended that you receive maintenance cycles to ensure that results are even more stable and lasting.
  • How does the maintenance cycle work?
The maintenance cycle includes 1-2 sessions per month for the first 8-10 months after you have completed your package, then you will discuss with your technician what the next steps would be based on your body. In critical cases you can repeat the complete treatment package after the first three or four months.
  • Can I receive this treatment if I am pregnant?
No, as this treatment acts on the lymphatic system and its possible effects on the fetus are unknown.
  • Who should not receive this treatment?
Absolute NO: Pregnancy/Breastfeeding Deep Vein Thrombosis Phlebitis Severe Varicose veins Taking anticoagulant drugs Irremovable piercings in the treatment area Active Cancer or Cancer treatments in the past five years (unless doctor’s clearance is received) Surgery in the past three months (unless doctor’s clearance is received) Active eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area Presence of an active skin and/or bacterial infection Open wounds or skin in the treatment area Diastasis Recti Implants Hernia Consult physician: Circulatory disorders Mesh inserts in or adjacent to the desired treatment area Lymphatic Disorders Click here for a full contraindications list for Endospheres.
  • How can I enhance my results?
By implementing a healthy lifestyle, and making sure you are closely following the before/after care instructions given to you before your treatments. Hydration is key here. To meet your daily water intake, we recommend drinking half your bodyweight in ounces every day. For example, a client who weighs 160 lbs should drink 80 ounces of water per day. (At the risk of sounding like one of those motivational water bottles: you can do it!)
  • Is it safe?
Yes! The device applies heat and cold via a handheld wand. The cooling system is controlled by an electronic temperature sensor and the temperature is displayed in real time on the device’s screen. There is an additional safety feature built into the device in which a series of beeps will alert the technician if the temperature drops below -4C (the safest minimum temperature that can be applied to the skin). What’s more, Cryoskin essentially carries zero risk. Unlike more invasive fat loss modalities that involve surgery or suction, if the fat is put back (happens to the best of us) it will be put back evenly.
  • How does it work?
The session lasts about 30-50 minutes depending on the desired area. Cold temperatures are applied to the skin via a wand operated by the technician for manual treatments or four static heads held in place with a secure elastic strap for static treatments. Depending on the program selected, these cold temperatures will reduce inches, smooth skin, and/or reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
  • How does it feel?
It feels like a cold massage. While Cryoskin is painless, and some clients even describe it as rather pleasant, you may feel some pressure and cold temperatures.
  • Who would benefit most from Cryoskin?
Anyone who is looking to lose inches or smooth/tone skin. The CryoSlimming® service works best on stubborn pockets of fat that are difficult to address with diet and exercise alone, and the CryoToning® service is an excellent option for those looking for a non-invasive path to firmer skin, but both services are very customizable and ideal for treating a range of esthetic concerns,
  • How long does a Cryoskin session last?
CryoSlimming® usually lasts anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes depending on the area. CryoToning® lasts 30 minutes and the CryoFacial lasts 20 to 30 minutes.
  • How often can I do it?
You can receive CryoSlimming® treatments every 14 days and CryoToning®/CryoFacial treatments every 3-7 days.
  • Can I have Cryoskin if I'm pregnant?
If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding the only service you may have is the CryoFacial – but only if you receive clearance from your physician first.
  • Who should not have Cryoskin?

  • How effective is Cryoskin?
Very effective. During the clinical studies 100% of people saw an improvement in skin quality, 87.5% of people saw an improvement in body shape, and 94% saw a reduction in waistline measurement. 88% of the people surveyed would elect to continue regular treatments.
  • Why can I only have the CryoSlimming® treatment once every two weeks?
It takes an average of two weeks for your body to complete the natural processes that are stimulated by CryoSlimming® so the service is most effective and safe when there are two weeks between each session. More frequent sessions can impede results.
  • What should I bring?
Just yourself – we’ll take care of the rest!
  • Can I workout before/after my treatment?
Absolutely. One of the best things about Cryoskin is that there is zero downtime unlike most other fat loss modalities on the market. However, if your workout significantly raises your body temperature, be sure to wait at least 2 hours before and after your treatment for your body to cool down prior to your session for best results.
  • Why do you need the gel?
The gel has been specially formulated to work with the Cryoskin. Because it contains Propylene Glycol (a stabilizing agent found in many skincare products) it’s able to maintain its qualities of gliding and protection from -30°C up to +60°C.
  • How quickly will I see results?
Depending on which service you receive, you may see some immediate results, but it should be noted that the best results appear from two to four weeks after the start of a session.
  • How long will the results last?
Results will depend on the type of session as well as the individual and their lifestyle and diet. Typically, CryoToning® results last three to four months and CryoSlimming® results can last as long as the client maintains them with a balanced lifestyle.
